Women’s Groups
United Methodist Women (UMW)
The purpose of the UMW is as follows:
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Reaching out and touching the lives of those in need is a mission for United Methodist Women. These are examples of organizations the UMW has supported with generous donations:

As United Methodist Women, we also support our church by:
- Serving and providing food for Funeral Luncheons and other church functions
- Providing financial support for the church building project and repairs, landscaping, church programs and mission work
- Hosting Ladies Night Out gatherings
- Hosting our Annual Salad Luncheon with proceeds going toward the current needs of the church
- Updating the church Symbols Booklet
Men’s Groups
United Methodist Men
The purpose of the group is as follows:
- Devotion
- Fellowship
- Service
We meet the first Sunday of each month at 7:30am at Diner 24 in Fairbury. Find us in the downstairs dining room.
